1. Who we are

This website and the SyncRoutine product are operated by RAR Digital, owned by Rogeria Aparecida Rodrigues (CPF: 865.514.006-63), located at Rua Palmeiras 850, Horto, Ipatinga - MG, 35160-311, Brazil. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to RAR Digital.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or purchasing SyncRoutine, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase the product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase the product.

4. The product

SyncRoutine is a digital product positioned around a more structured and consistent approach to everyday routines. The sales page describes the product's intended value and positioning. It does not promise specific technical features such as calendar integrations, automated scheduling, reminders, tracking or analytics unless those are explicitly confirmed in the product documentation provided at or after purchase.

5. Price and payment

• The listed price of SyncRoutine is US$37.00, as displayed on the sales page and at checkout.
• Payments are processed by a third-party checkout provider. RAR Digital does not store your full payment card details.
• Applicable taxes, currency conversion or bank fees may be added by the payment provider or your card issuer.
• Always review the final amount and terms presented at checkout before confirming your purchase.

6. Delivery and access

After payment is confirmed by the checkout provider, access instructions are delivered electronically, usually to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, check your spam folder and contact support@rardigital.site.

7. License and permitted use

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SyncRoutine for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the product or its contents;
• share your access credentials with third parties;
• modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the product;

8. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics and materials related to SyncRoutine and RAR Digital are owned by or licensed to RAR Digital and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Brazilian Law No. 9,610/1998 and Law No. 9,279/1996.

9. No guarantee of results

SyncRoutine is presented as a digital product focused on everyday routines and personal consistency. Product capabilities and outcomes depend on the actual offering. No specific technical feature or result is guaranteed by this page unless explicitly confirmed in the product documentation. Any outcome depends on individual circumstances, effort and how the product is used. Nothing in the product constitutes medical, psychological, financial or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAR Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
