Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-time purchase

SyncRoutine is offered for a listed price of US$37.00. Unless the checkout page explicitly states otherwise, it is a one-time payment and not a recurring subscription. Always review the final terms displayed at checkout.

2. Right of withdrawal (7 days)

In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), you may withdraw from your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase or from the date you receive access to the product, whichever is later, and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

3. How to request a refund

• Send an email to support@rardigital.site with the subject "Refund request – SyncRoutine".
• Include the full name and email address used at checkout and, if available, the order or transaction number.
• You do not need to justify your request within the withdrawal period.

4. Processing time

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via the checkout provider. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take from 5 to 30 days to appear on your statement.

5. Requests after 7 days

Requests made after the withdrawal period are reviewed individually. Refunds may be granted where required by applicable law, for instance if the product cannot be accessed due to a fault attributable to us and we are unable to resolve it.

6. Effects of a refund

Once a refund is issued, the license to use SyncRoutine is terminated and access to the product may be revoked.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay the resolution.
